I've just read through a lot of the new Charlie
Francis Forum 2002 Review E-Book. It confirms why Tim Montgomery
approached Charlie "after" he set the 100m world record and why
five-time Olympic medal winner Marion Jones came with him.
There is so much in this book covering such a variety of topics. There are 130 pages crammed with Q&A format dialogue covering important elements of high performance sprint training,
primarily in the 100m.
I like the conversational style and humour but it is the content which is stunning. The value of this book exceeds the cost.
I read Charlie's replies and
Invariably I've found the answers contain far more than the question
demanded of Charlie.
This product is so good that anyone interested in the fundamentals of performance recognises the
wisdom laid out in such user-friendly manner by Charlie who was ( and
clearly remains) a master of the game.
Sophisticated and intelligent this
content is easy to access in language which is unpretentious - like the
coach himself. I would recommend this product for any athlete or coach from beginner to
advanced.
